Letting Go

Picture a puppet with all of the strings attached to it. That's what I feel like right now. I'm trying to let go and move forward but some strings are still attached to the person holding the puppet. Some strings are breaking or getting cut off slowly but some are just too strong. Some of the strings I don't want to be cut but some I do. How do you move forward and get all the strings cut? I don't think thats possible. I don't think that the puppet can let go of the person holding it. I want to puppet to try and attach the strings that were cut back up. Once again I don't think thats possible. I don't know if I want to let go or keep holding on even if it's one string left. I hope to figure it out soon.
