Ideas and Process for Essay

I had a challenging time coming up with a topic idea. One idea I had was writing about the COVID-19 effects on elementary kids. I really liked that idea but finding articles and doing research on that topic took a lot of work. Most of what I came across was more broad like covid effects on school or on all students. There was nothing specific on just elementary students. 

I researched for days trying to find a topic to write about. I don't know why it was so difficult. I decided to write about the effects of screen time on young children. As you can see I am passionate about working with young children. I want to study elementary education and become a teacher. So looking into the effects of screen time is very beneficial for me.

This topic does not only allow me to learn more about children but it has a it of research done and studies done. It helps you get a good idea of all the negative and positive effects. I found it easier once I chose a more popular argumentative essay topic. I didn't want to spend so much time researching and the other topic was difficult to find information on.
